1. Definitions
Unless this text is modified by entries and conditions of carriage/service to which an award/contract makes specific reference, these entries and conditions apply to any and all transportation of deliverys offered by shipping supply and to any and all related activities performed by shipping supply.
These terms and conditions represent the entire terms which apply to the carriage of deliverys, and storage, and any other services except as modified in writing by the authorized representatives of shipping supply. Any modifications must be in writing and signed by designated officials of shipping supply. No servant or member of shipping supply or other party has authority to alter these terms.
When any other conditions, instructions or notices are inconsistent with these terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail. Terms contrary to or in conflict with the terms stated herein may not be binding on shipping supply. These term conditions are made applicable to the shipment at the time of shipment acceptance and are then in force throughout the fulfillment of our carriage obligations.
2. Services
Shipping supply offers professional shipping and delivery services including but not limited to package pickup, transportation, tracking, and delivery confirmation. All services are subject to availability and operational capacity.

3. Charges

5. Liability

5.1 Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the actual value of the goods or the published liability limits, whichever is less.

Important: Customers should declare higher values and purchase additional insurance for valuable shipments.
6. Claims
All claims for loss, damage, or delay must be submitted in writing within the time limits specified by applicable law and our terms of service.
6.1 Claim Procedures: Claims must include all required documentation and supporting evidence as specified in our claims procedures.
6.2 Time Limits: Claims must be filed within 9 months of the shipment date, or as otherwise required by applicable law.
7. Compliance and Regulatory
All shipments must comply with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Customer is responsible for ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
7.1 Prohibited Items: Certain items are prohibited from shipment including hazardous materials, illegal substances, and restricted goods.
7.2 Documentation: Proper shipping documents, customs forms, and other required paperwork must be completed accurately.
7.3 Inspection Rights: We reserve the right to inspect shipments for compliance and safety purposes.
8. Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
